Spending time in an IBUKU space leaves two lasting impressions. The first is of amazement, a soaring heart and breath swept away. The next is in the details, appreciating the care in the composition, curation, and artistry. Each place is composed of striking and subtle elements, a new luxury grounded in nature.

We work with the world's best engineers, architects, designers and builders. With them, we have created new design vocabulary. Over the past 12 years, we have become known internationally as pioneers at the forefront of design with bamboo and other new materials, merging architecture with the artisanal and sculptural, the vernacular with the innovative.

Our house in Green Village is an immersive experience that attunes us to the natural world, merging with the surrounding jungle so that the boundaries dissolve. The house feel like a living, breathing being. Time seems to slow and expand as you can’t help but relax more each day. Perhaps the biggest impact is simply the beautiful aesthetic in the design of the house and its furniture. To live within such beauty is a singular delight that also touched everyone who stayed with us.
