Project Architect

Key Qualifications:

Business Development Officer
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive account manager to hunt for new client leads, while nurturing current client accounts, serving as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service to move our business forward and ensure smooth completion of projects. They will love nature’s beauty and want to be part of an innovative team to set an example for a better development of Bali in the future.
Objectives of this role
● Indonesian citizen.
● Serve as the liaison between IBUKU studios and customers - in all matters related to client concerns and needs from filtering leads, to proposal, negotiation, design phases, until project completion.
● Increase revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention through strategic relationship building and marketing initiatives. Achieve sales targets, expand current client account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
● Build and strengthen client relationships for a great customer experience.
● At least 3 years experience in sales, business development or customer service roles working with international clients. Ideally in a supervisory role.
● Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
● Proficient in using and maintaining software tools eg. Google Suite, Pipe Drive, Slack, Better Proposal, etc.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive with duties and follows through actions to completion with quality control.
● Has project management experience coordinating with various departments and stakeholders.
● Experience in negotiation and willingness to learn about the architectural design process.

Senior Interior Architect
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Interior Architect with 3-4 years of Architecture & Interior Project experience who excels in conceptualization and the translation of ideas through to exceptional design outcomes. This Interior Architect will collaborate on preparation of designs to meet client’s needs, define and monitor quality guidelines and demonstrate general knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, related engineering principles and building codes.
The candidate shall bring their diverse knowledge of interior materials, and be eager to learn from bamboo and to work together with skilled craftsmen during the sampling process. To look back into on our vast library of bamboo designs and look forward toward new styles and techniques.
Requirements :
● Indonesian citizen.
● Comprehensive understanding and ability to coordinate with all design disciplines.
● 3 years and more experience in interior architecture design and build projects.
● Minimum Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture or related Major from reputable university.
● Required Software Skill(s): Autocad, Sketch-Up, Hand sketch, Rhinoceros, Revit, MS Office, 3D Artistic Rendering, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and other related skill.
● Strong interpersonal communication skills with clients or teams of different backgrounds.
● Experience required in sourcing & documenting FF & E design and/or selection & documentation of interior finishes.
● Must be responsible, proactive, productive, flexible, and team-oriented.
● Have an understanding of construction, material, and methods.
● Having sense of spatial experience and sensitivity to scale.
● Effective in meeting deadlines and ensures accuracy of all work produced.
● Excellent ability to produce high-quality work on every design phase, including construction/production drawings in terms of both technical aspects, as well as drawing standards which fall within the Schedule & Agenda.
● Able to understand, superimpose & oversee various drawings, which consist of other design principles (architecture, structure engineering, MEP, interior design, landscape & another specialist).

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team at IBUKU Studio. This role requires an individual who can manage and oversee human resources, finance operations, and general affairs while ensuring that the company’s operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruitment: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating and updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
● Contract Management: Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts, ensure all legal requirements are met, and handle contract renewals and foreign worker permits.
● Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
● Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, set development goals, and address performance-related issues as required.
● Payroll & Benefits: Prepare payroll data, manage employee benefits (BPJS, private health insurance), and ensure accurate payroll submissions.
● HRIS Management: Maintain employee records via Talenta HRIS system.
Requirements:
● WNI, Bali based prioritize, able to join immediately.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (HR Manager).
● Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

● Petty Cash & Expense Management: Oversee petty cash and reimbursement processes.
● Tax Support: Coordinate with the finance consultant for timely tax payments.
● Legal Documents: Oversee legal document processes, including trademark renewals and building insurance.
● University Collaboration: Establish MoUs with universities for workshops and campus hiring.
● Housekeeping & Maintenance: Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate maintenance for office equipment and facilities.
● Office Supplies & Inventory: Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and furniture.
