Senior Interior Architect
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Interior Architect with min 5 years of Interior Project experience who excels in conceptualization and the translation of ideas through to exceptional design outcomes. This Interior Architect will collaborate on preparation of designs to meet client’s needs, define and monitor quality guidelines and demonstrate general knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, related engineering principles and building codes.
The candidate shall bring their diverse knowledge of interior materials, and be eager to learn from bamboo and to work together with skilled craftsmen during the sampling process. To look back into on our vast library of bamboo designs and look forward toward new styles and techniques.
Requirements :
● Comprehensive understanding and ability to coordinate with all design disciplines.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in interior architecture design and build projects.
● Proven experience in leading a team and managing design projects from concept to completion.
● Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related major from a reputable university.
● Required software skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Hand Sketching, Rhinoceros, Revit, MS Office, 3D Artistic Rendering, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other related skills.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
● Experienced in sourcing and documenting FF&E design, as well as selecting and documenting interior finishes.
● Responsible, proactive, productive, flexible, and team-oriented.
● Strong understanding of construction, materials, and methods.
● Good spatial awareness and sensitivity to scale.
● Effective in meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy in all produced work.
● Excellent ability to deliver high-quality outputs across all design phases, including construction and production drawings, with strong technical standards and attention to detail.
● Capable of understanding, coordinating, and overseeing various drawings from multiple design disciplines (architecture, structure engineering, MEP, interior design, landscape, and other specialists).

Client Relations Lead
Role Summary:
The Client Relations Lead is responsible for managing and maintaining clear client expectations related to project process, commercial terms, fees, and timelines throughout the lifecycle of architectural projects.
This role is not a replacement for the Project Architect and does not assume responsibility for design communication or technical decisions. Instead, it ensures alignment between clients, Project Architects, and internal teams on all commercial and process-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
● Qualify new client leads based on budget, timeline, decision-makers, and overall fit with the studio.
● Clearly communicate project process, scope of work, fee structure, and commercial implications from the outset.
● Lead discussions related to additional fees, variations, SDC hours, and timeline changes.
● Conduct structured commercial check-ins with clients at key project milestones and align follow-ups with the design team.
● Support internal alignment with Project Architects while maintaining clear boundaries from design and technical decisions.
● Develop and maintain templates, documentation, and processes to ensure consistent and professional client communication.
● Support revenue growth by maintaining steady monthly and annual revenue targets, conducting market and competitor research, and contributing to business diversification initiatives as directed.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5–8 years of experience in client relations, account management, or commercial roles within architecture, design, construction, or professional services.
● Strong experience handling client-facing commercial discussions related to fees, scope, variations, and timelines.
● Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects.
● Able to collaborate closely with senior architects and technical teams while respecting role boundaries.

● Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and manage professional documentation.
● Architectural Fluency: Deep understanding of architectural design processes, from concept to construction documentation.
● Operational Expertise: Proven ability to implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow optimizations.
● Resource Management: Demonstrated experience in staffing allocation, capacity planning, and managing team workloads.
● Problem Solving: Strong track record in identifying operational risks and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
